Better Kefka Fakeout Orbs

This is my first mod! :)

This mod simply changes the colors of Kefka's fakeout/question mark orbs in Dancing Mad Ultimate phases 1 and 4.

Normally the orbs have a red highlight that can make them difficult to see against other visual effects going on during the fight. Changing the highlight color to green helps them stand out much better in all situations.

I made this to hopefully help some friends and any others that may struggle to see the orbs normally.

Please note this mod specifically only affects Kefka's fire, ice, and lightning fakeouts. No other spell effects have been modified (so the statue gaze, Chaos, and Neo Exdeath are all currently unchanged).
