AetherOS
AetherOS puts a beautiful smartphone in your Warrior of Light's hands: dating, social feeds, encrypted messaging, venue nightlife, markets and a dozen more apps, all without ever leaving the game.

We currently offer the following apps:

How to get it
1. Add the custom repo to Dalamud: https://puni.sh/api/repository/aetherlove
2. Install AetherLove from the plugin installer, type /love, and set yourself up.

The Aetherling
If you have been using the ??? app you know that you've been able to grow something in a crystal. This crystal contains your personal pet, your friend, your tamagotchi-a-like, an Aetherling.
In this update you'll be able to grow it into it's adult form by feeding it crystals. Don't worry, the wait isn't as long as it was before, and timers have been adjusted.
Grown up, it can be dressed: hats, glasses, beards, outfits, furniture to sit in, a banner for your job, and a tiny version of your job's weapon that follows whatever you are playing. It has moods you can read at a glance, it has a voice, and it reacts when you poke it.
The store has been filled with new items for your Aetherling! There's much more, but please go and experience this by yourself!

New Apps - Utilities:
We've added 3 new utility apps: Notes, calculator (with graphical calculation mode) and we've added Timers. Timers is your one-stop-shop for all kinds of timers, from beast tribes, to cactpot to even the Spark reset every week. It also holds retainers, submarines, and supports multiple characters. It's also lists your RSVPs to venues, and you can make your own reminders and custom timers. Go check it out!

New Arcade games
We've added 3 new games - Raccooner (based on frogger), Eordle (based on wordle) and Sky Swarm (based on Galaga). We've gotten these app from all of your suggestions on discord and inside of the feedback app! We hope you'll enjoy theses games.

Quality of life enhancements
We've received many feedback items about opt-in for new apps, opt-in for certain features. We've listened to this feedback and we've overhauled the way the homecreen works.

Homescreen enhancements
- When an update drops, you are given free choice whether you want to install the apps or not
- You are able to remove every app on the phone, including ours, by right clicking it, and deleting it.
- You're able to remove all "new" badges with a simple right click.
- Folder management became a lot easier - items can just be dragged into folders ,and removed from them.
- The tour (first installation) has also been adjusted for this new way of controlling your homescreen.

Other enhancements
- Wallet ticks off what you have already earned today and counts down to the daily reset, so you can see at a glance what is left.
- Groove explains itself the first time you open it: what it reads from your PC, that none of it leaves your machine, and that uninstalling is how to say no. Every surface it controls can be switched off on its own.
- Groove: You can now disable the "miniature" media player as settong in the Groove app
- Echo: Fixed many issues with multiplayer video playing. It should be less janky now for some people.
- Realtor: now warns you if you've not been in your estate for a while. This is no guaranteed fix, but it tries to help you to not lose your house.
- Wayfinder: We've increased the tolerance for locations that might have a big area where you could make the picture. It will be more forgiving now.
- Chat: the emoji button no longer throws your cursor to the start of the message for Messenger and Yapper.
- Phone: The phone no longer shrinks text in other plugins. We think. Hopefully.
- Phone: The tomestone pose is no longer spamming emotes in chat.

All that time you spend on your phone? Turns out it was worth something. Every swipe, every visit, every game you played has been quietly charging the aether, and it now condenses into Sparks, AetherLove's new in-game currency. You earn Sparks simply by using the phone: logging in, browsing Places, playing arcade games, listening to music, watching videos together, finding waypoints. That is the only way to get them. Sparks are not for sale for real money and never will be.Be active, use AetherOS, earn Sparks, spend them on fun things. That's the whole idea behind this

New app: Wallet
Your new Sparks home. Open it to see your balance, how much you can still earn this week, and a full history of everything you earned and spent. There is also a second tab that tracks your actual FFXIV currencies: gil, tomestones, seals, scrips and more, with caps and progress bars, so you can check whether your tomestones are about to overflow without opening three game menus.

New app: Store
The place to spend your Sparks. A full shop with categories, collections and rotating sales, where you can buy:
Avatar rings: decorative effects that wrap around your avatar, visible in chats, matches and across the phone. Equip one per app or everywhere at once. In the future we'll be adding more items, please look forward to it!

New app: Echo & Groove:
Watch YouTube together with Echo, in game, in sync. Start a room, share the code with friends (or publish it as a watch party in Hangouts), build a playlist together and chat while everyone sees the same video at the same moment. Groove is a remote control for whatever your PC is playing. Pause, skip and seek from the phone! You can even control your music from the "minified" phone!

New app: Three new arcade games for your pleasure!

OS updates:
- Due to request we've added an XS phone size for those playing on 1080p.
- Minimizing and restoring the phone now returns you to the exact app and screen you were in. Did you know you can double-click the edges of the phone to minimize?
- Teleport with Lifestream: venue location cards and shared locations now offer a teleport button (when you have the Lifestream plugin installed).
- First-party apps can now be removed from the home screen due to popular request.

Yapper Updates:
- It is now possible to delete your Yapper profile. Your posts are removed, your replies show as deleted, and your handle stays reserved so nobody can impersonate you. You are free to start over with a fresh profile afterwards.
- When blocking or muting someone on Yapper, the app now asks for confirmation first, and once you approve, their posts disappear from your feed on the spot.
- The Yapper settings screen was rebuilt from scratch into proper categories: profile, content rating, notifications, muted users and blocked users.

Bug fixes
- Selfies did not work on some machines because 10-bit / HDR display output was not supported. This should now be fixed.
- The first time the phone was enlarged from the minimized version it could freeze briefly on slower machines. It now warms up in the background beforehand.
- Blocked members would not show up in the Yapper settings for unblocking. This has been fixed.
-Assorted modal and font fixes across the phone.
