G'raha Tia's tattoo for Kartoffels Simple Body and TBSE based bodies.
Only works on Male Miqo'te.
Note that the TBSE version is warped in a way I wasn't able to fix, I needed to call it a day or else i would still be doing tiny tweaks to it. I may return to fix it, but I think it's good enough to share for now.
