Full upscale and edit of the Saytian Panties by SB! to TBSE-X legs, fully compatible with IVCS2!

This is a set consisting of 1 gear piece:
- Panties with Sheer, Lace and Fishnet options for the cover in the middle of the front and back of panties

What I made myself to add to this upscale:

Refit to NSFW:

- Refit the Panties, now sliding to the side to reveal the cock
- Added Erect legs option (specifically fitted to XL erect size)
- Swapped Panties to overwrite Firecrest Ring - Right for easy use with TBSE-X legs

New DT Materials:

- Iridescent for Bands only, Cover only and Full Panties
- Latex for Bands only, Cover only and Full Panties
- Reflecting/Slightly metallic for Bands only, Cover only and Full Panties
