DESCRIPTION:
Quick and dirty port of Prise's "Light Hair" to fem-based elezens & roegadyns; I'm sorry to fem hrothgars, but I couldn't make it work unfortunately without major clipping into the face or gaps. Port is far from perfect but I tried my best.

HIGHLIGHTS: Yes (a bit)
