It's RUEXB+ FatBelly mashed together with the RUEXB+ Hotdog Megapack! (Well, half of it.)
This is honestly the kind of body I've been wanting since I first started modding, and we've finally reached the convergence of what is available and what I am capable of doing!
Has all "taint" options except Elephant. Getting it working was a little beyond me.
I also finally learned how to make a dang mod pack with some simple toggles!
Can use Cultist Physics to get both penis and belly physics!
Requires:
Rue+ or others for bibo textures
RUEXB+ Hotdog Megapack to control the accessory toggles
RUEXB+ for the rest of your body
Yet Another Penis for ding dong textures
Sneaky re-upload because I put the wrong model for the Type C flaccid. 🙃
