IMPORTANT
There is an ongoing issue between Penumbra and TexTools, which sometimes causes mod errors and problems if you're running the beta version of Penumbra. If you download this mod and encounter problems PLEASE put in a mod report and detail the issue you're having.
There was a recent update for Penumbra and TexTools, but there may still be some persisting issues.
