From Alee's description: A mini dress with beeeg bell sleeves, plenty of belts, and layered fishnet stockings.
Made from scratch in MD, Blender, Zbrush & Substance Painter.

I couldn't get the toggles to work and the arms can clip through the sleeves depending on the pose! However, this was such an amazing outfit I couldn't resist porting it to TBSE Fluff!
