Getting knocked out of search status after travel, a duty, or a logout? StatusShift puts it back depending on the rules and conditions you set!
A Dalamud plugin. Rules change your online status, optional search comment, and slash commands from where you are, what you are doing, which job you are on, who you are playing, and what the clock says. Highest priority matching rule wins.
Install
1. /xlsettings → Experimental → Custom Plugin Repositories

4. /xlplugins → install Status Shift
Open with /statusshift.
Use
Roleplay schedules, venue hours, duty Busy, house/apartment/FC apartment, world or data center, search comments that flip between “player” and “roleplay” without retyping. A fallback rule keeps you from sitting on the wrong status.
Rules
Priority, On/Off, category, optional character (First Last or First Last@World).
Schedule: Always / Daily / Weekly / One Time. Days S M T W T F S.
Conditions: AND / OR / NOT chips - world, zone, zone group, housing, job/role, state, status, mount, emote, accessory, chat, tell-from, nearby player, DC, contains/regex.
Then: online status, optional command, optional 60-character search comment (typed or a template). Perform command or macro with /commands.
When it stops: Revert (default) or Keep.
Handling
Notifications - tells you a rule matched. /ss apply to set it.
Selector - popup of matching rules. Checkbox enables. Click the name to apply.
Auto - highest match after cooldown.
Off - idle.

/ss pause [seconds] 120 = 2 min
