You will need Remakeplace to use: https://github.com/RemakePlace
I also recommend the BDTH plugin (https://github.com/LeonBlade/BDTHPlugin) and the Target Furniture plugin (Dalamud's native repository) for easier adjustments in-game.

Author's Comments:
A cute, modern-ish split-level home for a small personal cottage. Interior and exterior layouts are in separate files, since exterior is generally less useable due to layout differences.

Requirements:
- Personal Cottage
- Minimalist Interior
For Exterior:
- Small Florist's Walls
- Right Entrance Layout
Notes:
- Main/upper floor only; basement is closed off
- Originally built before 7.5 housing changes
- Uses 211/300 slots
- You're free to use and modify as you like. Do NOT use as a base for anything if you're going to sell it. That goes for both RMT and in-game currency.
- FAQ/info file included in zip folder.
