You will need Remakeplace to use: https://github.com/RemakePlace
I also recommend the BDTH plugin (https://github.com/LeonBlade/BDTHPlugin) and the Target Furniture plugin (Dalamud's native repository) for easier adjustments in-game.

Notes:
- Tested in & intended for Lavender Beds apartment - should also work for Empyreum & Shirogane. Goblet & Mist will need small adjustments on one of the walls near the bath.
- Lighting set to 1 in preview images
- Originally built before 7.5 housing changes
- Uses 144/150 slots
- You're free to use and modify as you like. Do NOT use as a base for anything if you're going to sell it. That goes for both RMT and in-game currency.
- FAQ/info file included in zip folder.
