Author's Comments:
Delphine from Elegy, ported to Resonance.
- Uses IVCS2
- MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL MOD TO USE THIS AS PER ELEGY'S TOS.
- Used my original Echo upscale as a base for upscaling, which in turn was also based on Sunbear's TBSE upscale.
- Top includes all sizes (flatter/flat/B) with buff variants.
- Flat and bulge options available for bottoms.
- Straps toggle intact.
