[ XR-077 Cybernetic Eye ]

Give your character a futuristic, mechanical iris inspired by the cybernetic aesthetics of the Deus Ex and Cyberpunk series.

XR-077 features customizable iris ring colours and luminous effects. It supports all eight playable races. Choose a ring colour, add glow colour, or turn it off.

[ Features ]

Supports all 8 races: Hyur, Lalafell, Elezen, Miqo'te, Roegadyn, Au Ra, Viera, and Hrothgar.
Character customization: Separate options for each clan, gender, and face.
8 iris ring options: Choose the available colours to your liking.
9 luminous colour options: Customize the glow or leave it disabled.

[ How to Set Up Your Eyes ]

1. Open the mod's settings in Penumbra.
2. Select the page corresponding to your character's race.
3. Choose your character's clan.
4. Select the appropriate gender: Male or Female.
5. Choose the face your character uses in-game.
6. Select an iris ring colour first. This enables the luminous options after.
7. Under Luminous, choose a glow colour or leave it set to OFF if you don't want the glow.

Note: The luminous effect requires an iris ring option to be selected first. If the ring colour is set to OFF, the luminous options will remain grey out.

[ A Note about Hrothgar eyes ]

Hrothgar have larger vanilla irises and pupils than the other playable races. To accommodate their eye proportions, I adjusted the texture to match their larger iris size.

Using the same iris texture as the other races would make the cybernetic iris appear too small on Hrothgar, potentially giving their eyes an exaggerated, surprised, or startled expression. The Hrothgar version is therefore slightly different to maintain a more natural appearance.

[ About This Mod ]

XR-077 is my first FFXIV mod. I wanted to make something that wasn't limited to a single race or face, so I made the eye design customizable across all eight races, including their different clans, genders, and face options.
