Miner's Scarf Separated

I took the scarf and goggles from the Miner's Shirt and put it onto the Namazu Neckerchief with a mildly edited colourset. This is a straight copy from the vanilla version of the item, so you're going to see clipping on bulkier items and on modded bodies. Mostly just made to see if I could.

Uses material addition, so you can install it for specific bodies without breaking the races you don't want it on. Installs to everyone by default.
