Author's Comments:
I've been wanting to port the Elemental Gloves of Casting/Healing for a while now, and I saw some art that inspired me to combine them with the cuffs from Lumi's Puff mod! You can wear rings over the gloves, with presumably some clipping, and they're fully dyeable.
Goes over the Bunny Loops and the Bunny Chief Loops.
Check out Westlaketea's port of the Elemental Gloves to the Artisan's Fingerstalls if you want a Latex material table - it goes over material B.
