Here's a quick refit mod for Hrothgars for the altered thighboots (and related variants of it, such as boarskin thighboots, leather thighboots, and so on)
This mod also works with the Craftsman's Legs from my Craftsman's mod set: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/30943
