important Google doc contains a separate pose for both the short and tall model. Both are needed.
A SFW pose suitable for any race or gender, though some major alterations may be needed depending on the height difference, especially if it's a very tall/short character
Recommendations for alterations: adjusting lumbar and arms of the tallest character will be the easiest solution to problems caused by race/height differences.
Base pose was designed on a near-max height female miqo'te. and near-min height Au Ra.
