Author's Comments:

The collar from the Majestic Dress made into a Peter Pan collar. Comes in two versions: plain collar (white) and as a mashup with the Crystarium Choker (black). Dyable via ColorSet.

Notes:
- I've left some floating in to allow for tops, though best to stick with skin tight to avoid clipping
- To dye: ColorSet -> Row 16
