A little bit Sherlock Holmes, a little bit steampunk, and all too ready to play Code: Realize.

A vanilla mashup of a cleaned up Tacklefiend top and the Neo Ishgard healing skirt.

Notes:
- possible clipping in some poses due to vanilla limitations
- I've adjusted the skirt texture to mimic the vest, this can be changed back in ColorSet -> Row 16
