Author's Comments:

Replaces the Tidal Wave Harpoon and Wave Harpoon with Mateus' spear. An edited version of the Tidal Wave Harpoon's VFX that fits better with Mateus' spear is also available to download. The edited VFX is also always on, even when the weapon is sheathed, unless hidden.
