Black Mage: Back to Vana'diel

Thank you to ocealot for the VFX editor and thank you to Goats for the XIVquicklauncher.

This is a VFX replacement and edit for Black Mage. It changes several spells so that they can cast spells themed around all six elements just like Black Mages in Final Fantasy 11. This also adds a "Dark" spell and "Comet" spell and a few other job related changes. UI and some small detail VFX mods are also available for download. The theme I was going for was an Umbral/Astral cycle rather than Fire and Ice. So, ice spells were replaced with earth and water VFX. And some fire spells were replaced with ice and lightning VFX. Lightning spells were replaced with wind VFX

*I didn't edit Flare, because it already fits the theme just fine.
