All of the textures that aren't the face diffuse came from NPC Defined!!!

I wanted my boy to have his own unique clan markings, so i made him some! These are based roughly off of how @endymade on Twitter draws Miqo'te clan markings in her art, and colored red to match his color scheme <3 Also sprinkles a faint dusting of soft freckles on his face for that extra cute redhead appeal. I also went in and softened and shifted the shading under his brows, because the fact his eyebrows and the texture on face 3 didn't match has ALWAYS driven me a little insane...
All of the textures that are not the face texture itself are from NPC Defined; I made and upscaled and cleaned up the face texture myself, but the cleaned up brow textures and the crystal on the Exarch's face are NPC Defined. If there are issues with me using this, let me know and I will change the file to only include the png for the face texture, so people will just have to DIY it onto their own preferred textures for the Exarch :)
