Author's Comments:
Ported the floofy hair from roes to lady elezen! Clips with hats. Likes highlights. Replaces Hair 7, but because of the way the normal/speculars work, you can easily port it to a shared hair if you like.
EDIT: still clips with hats, but no longer attempts to devour them whole. Big hats are a better idea.
