Author's Comments:

Upscales the Uraeus Coat to RTX or EXQB chest sizes with Megathicc clearance with the option to remove the bra on both upscales.
The chest was upscaled from Bunny's RTS upscale as a base, the butt clearance is slightly altered from their mod.

1.3.0 Now Dawntrail compatible, added EXQB version.
