Tested only on Fem Miqote. 100% sure will require adjustments for other races.
This pose requires some scaling - I recommend loading using the 'Load Full Transforms' option as there are a few scaling and positional changes.
I also recommend playing the SAM LB3 (5139) animation up until the player grabs the sheathe in order to be able to move the sheathe in this pose. If you don't care about the sheathe position, then that's fine too.

Nagoriyuki's 6H or Forward Heavy Slash as a pose! It looks cool so :D
Did not try to to 623H and get 6H instead
Pretty much only works with SAM weapons. Looks great with the High Steel Tachi. Adjustments likely needed for other swords.
