Author's Comments:
This makes the Anemos Jacket a bit more revealing and upscales it to the Bibo+ Small chest. I'm not currently planning to upscale it to other chest sizes, but if the demand actually arises I might do that, in the meantime, feel free to upscale it to your desired sizes or taste yourself.
