NIN Animation swaps

Big thanks to Dekken for showing me the basic file paths. Also thanks to the Textools Github Group for making the mod possible as well as the CMTools Github group for making testing the mod on other races and genders possible.

Two animation mod options for Ninja. First is Paladin idle, walk, and run animations coupled with Ninja's normal draw/sheath animations. Second is Monk's idle and draw/sheath animations coupled with Paladin's walk and run animations. Pretty much no more Naruto running or super crouching.
