Port from TERA. The dress comes in two versions. First is the actual dress, on the Flannel Suspenders. The other (Anemos Suspenders) is cut at waist level for combination purposes.
Except minor clipping for some races.
Top body is using T&F medium, legs are T&F large.
Version 1.1 : The Anemos Suspenders version is made tighter at the waist. It won't clip anymore with any shorts or bottoms.
