Conversion to a mask-based item of BIZU's awesome Desert Wanderer dress.

This edit includes :
• The original shape, transposed to a mask item ( New World Jacket ) with the fixes for the other races.
The Alpha has been remade from scratch, to keep the colors as close to the original as possible as well as to make it dyable.
• A custom 3D edit, more fitting for the skirts, transposed to a mask item as well.
Ask BIZU if you plan on editing further.
