A simple conversion of Bizu's tights for TF legs using the vanilla texture.

v1.1 changelog - added the bridged butt fabric mesh and adjusted uvw. upscaled and cleaned up texture a bit (yay dxt5 blue channel compression).  fixed |a|a texture problem.
