This swimsuit is a mod that goes on a leg piece (Hempen Underpants), so a few things to note.
1) The legs need a UHR2 Hefty Pecs chestpiece for chest physics.
2) Please equip a UHR2 Hefty Pecs chestpiece that makes sense with this like:
"The Emperor's New Robe" or use the "Hempen Undershirt" override option.
3) Import the same body that you use on UHR2 Hefty Pecs.
