Made a personal mod and decided to share with anyone else who wanted to style Cid's headwear.

Author's Comments:

This mod replaces the appearance of Rathalos Head gear with the Head Engineer's Goggles. Should work with every race and gender. You can get the Rathalos Helm by fighting Rathalos and carving five of its scales. Item available from the Smith near the Bokairo Inn in Kugane.
