Mash up of Midlander 8 and Miqo'te 156. Replaces 156 on Miqo'te.

My first venture into combing hairstyles. Hopefully, there are no issues, but feel free to bring them up if you see them.
The hair is mostly not hat compatible, but certain hats can work - namely the big astro witch hat.
Feel free to port it over to other races.
