Made from scratch by yours truly~ Thank you to all of the clowns who inspired me to take a little bit of time to create this~

In honor of clown's day, I've made this aesthetic, Victorian inspired ruffled collar to properly celebrate what it truly means to be a clown.

This year, we are embracing our clownery~ This is for everyone, because deep down we're all clowns. Yes, even you. Honk honk~

❧ Replaces the glass pumpkin choker on install. You should be able to move it on import.
❧ This necklace is going to clip with everything. Hair, chin, shoulders, clothing, etc. You will absolutely have to work around it.
❧ This will only show up on tops that allow necklaces. If the top you wanna use doesn't show necklaces, you can fix that! Just enable "BodyShowNecklace" in the metadata in order to see this work of art~
❧ For tall females only. Oop.
❧ In true clownery, don't perceive the UV.
