Giving the trad-goth Siouxsie Sioux style eye makeup. Not the best but it's good for photos!
To install, go into FFXIV Textools; Character; Face; Au Ra Female; Face - 0101; Material FAC A
Then Import and select the PNG.
To remove, just disable it :)
