Set the overlay layer to Multiply in GIMP or Photoshop.
The tattoo is a sticker job of traditional Japanese tattoos for the most part, with a woman centred on the back. I've taken some creative liberties, enlarging certain parts of the tattoo to cover more of the skin.
For Au Ra, the scales are vanilla. Overlays have been provided in the Files tab, please set the overlay layer to multiply and use my DIY kit to convert the tattoo to your scales of choice:

Setting up a discord server, I do occasional simple tattoo requests and tech support for basic mod creation!
