A burn scar edit for Tsar's TBSE! Now for DT

By request, this mod updates TBSE's diffuse to provide full body, realistic burn scars.

Requires TBSE in order to work. Currently, this is ONLY For T0/no body hair with TBSE. If people reach out with interest, I can try porting it to the other versions!
