Technical Notes: Unsheathe weapon before going into gpose, and it will need adjustment depending on what kind of sword you use, as obviously Heirsbane is very long. May also need adjustment depending on the size of your fingers and whether you're wearing gloves. Not tested with other races or genders, but hopefully it shouldn't be too tricky to adjust.
Fingers forced into the mouth to get wet, ready for fucking prep, sword still against the throat to keep your sub still. Ideally this would be while wearing leather gloves, but I wasn't able to do that with Gaius' model!
