Made using two max height female miqo'te though like any pose, could be edited to fit any races, though if the heights are too far apart you might have some issues.
Do note that the reason it took the picture from this side is due to the leg on the other side clipping into the waist, I tried my best to cover the clipping with an arm, and while it's mostly hidden it's still noticeable.
Any penis mod should work with this pose, but the one I specifically use within this one is https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/22837
