Made using two max height female miqo'te though like any pose, could be edited to fit any races, though if the heights are too far apart you might have some issues.
Features the lewdest feature of all.... hand holding.
Should work with really any penis mod with some adjusting but the specific one I use is https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/49775 with the medium erect option.
