Author's Comments:

Just because monkey boy has oddly shaped legs doesn't mean you need to. This mod rebuilds the pants using the TF2 Small base mesh to turn them into form-fitting skinny jeans that sit a bit lower on the hip. Includes a vanilla waist option for those who like wearing their jeans up to their belly button for some reason. Uses all original textures.
