Author's Comments:
An upscale of the Appointed Jacket and Slacks to the TBSE and Bibo+ Perky bodies.
- Bibo+ comes in 3 butt sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and 3 chest sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large). Jacket has clearance for Large bottoms for all sizes.
- TBSE works for all Middie-based races, and has included Highlander compat for the Jacket.
- Jacket has og model glove compat, slacks have edited boot compat.
- Dyes fine as normal.
- Adds Viera compat for the Appointed Cap, but bear in mind hairs will need to be adjusted for hat compat. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT MAKE THE HAIR AUTOMATICALLY HAT COMPAT. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO SOURCE HAIR THAT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED FOR HATS OTHERWISE THEY WILL CLIP!

1.2 Update: Remade the Slacks to my current standard!
