Sharlayan Philanthropist's Robes

Had a character design I wanted to play with and I wanted Ameliance's robe for it and, well, it's actually more than just a colorset. Simply put, the differences are a tiny bit of everything texture related.

Changes between this mod and the Choir Robe include:
- Obviously, the colorsets have been ported over from Ameliance's variant.
- The metadata has been edited to hide the stars on the lower area. You can remove this if you'd like those stars to show but I haven't touched their colors so they won't match too well.
- The default colors have been changed to Ameliance's Ice Blue dye. The robes still dye normally.
- The metals on the male's colorset didn't all match. I have matched them to similar rows on the female version.
- The normal and multi have been ported over from Ameliance's variant to the female version. The most noticeable difference between the two is the raised white area on the collar of Ameliance's variant vs the metallic designs on the Choir Robe's collar.
