An Upscale of every item in the new Street Attire.

Includes:
-> Street Top -> Bibo Medium, Bibo Large
-> Street Jacket -> Bibo Medium, Bibo Large, TnF Large
-> Street Cargo -> Bibo Medium
-> Street Handwear -> Bibo Hands
Also made the rings round and not that clunky.
The modpack comes as a Advanced modpack with options to set each item to vanilla or upscale.
