[Gen3] RiderTHiCC Basic Bikini Set with Design Variants and Upscales

A simple bikini mod for chest and legs. Wanted to make a Gen3 version from the ground up, along with design variants. Comes in all RiderTHiCC chest and leg sizes, and with 20 different designs to choose from, read NOTES+INSTRUCTIONS on details for this mod as well as dyable parts.
