[Bloodborne] Threaded Cane

The Threaded Cane from Bloodborne. Does not actually transform into a whip, sorry. Affects (Replica) Allagan WHM/BLM weapons and the lv. 50 BLU weapon - however, /vpose and /bstance animations don't work right due to the placement of the grip.
Note: This mod requires TexTools 2.x, but the files are included if anyone wants to make a 1.9 version.
