A platform heel and a pair of thigh socks.
Shoes can not be dyed. You can modify the 16th of Colorset in material channel B to change the color of high heels.
Replace Ishgardian Thighboots, a sock the size suitable for Bibo+ thigh-L
This is the first time I've ever made a mesh for high heels and it's probably not perfect but I tried my best
