Lalafell Ear Wiggles (/joy)

Ear wiggling for my short pointy eared lads.
🔸 Replaces the /joy emote for Lalafell's.

NOTES / DISCLAIMERS:
- IVCS is required, without it you won't have any wiggling, just the rest of the body motion.
- They move quite a bit to get into "wiggling" mode.
- Hand on the waits will clip into the body a little.
- Doesn't work underwater or on a mount if that something you wanted to do, sorry! (it's a separate file to adjust)

I will not be giving support for how to install IVCS. Please read the documentation linked in the contributions section.
