The Frontier Dress refitted/upscaled to Bibo+ PLUSH, which means it should have clearance for most leg gear upscales of a size similar to Bibo+ Large.
Requires Bibo+ PLUSH! Please make sure you have that installed first!
(This is for the skin textures. Strictly speaking, if you manually reassigned the skin materials to '_bibo', this would work just fine without PLUSH, so long as you have a regular Bibo+ 2.1 or higher install)
The dress comes in sizes S, M, L and XL, and the bust is of similar size to Red's Bibo+ XXL chests.
The Hyur and Au Ra in the main preview do not use custom body scaling, the Miqo'te on the right is an example of this refit with custom body scaling in use. The Bibo+ PLUSH body edit is intended to be used in conjunction with plus-size custom body scales, hence the inclusion of a custom scaled character in this preview.
Check the files tab for an image that shows a comparison between default and custom Anamnesis body scaling in use with this outfit from more angles.
Weights around the hips/top of the skirt have been adjusted to behave better when used with body scaling as the vanilla ones really didn't like larger hip sizes.
You still may wish to adjust the scaling of the upper and middle rows of skirt bones if you use Customize+, but this will depend on the scaling you are using for your character's hips and thighs. For screenshots, simply posing the bones may be all you need.
There's a couple places around the top of the skirt at the sides, and the details on the sides of the waist, which react to light a bit strangely sometimes. I've tried to fix this up so it shouldn't be too visible most of the time.
Might be a bit of clipping with the stomach region of leg gear at the very top of the skirt when the torso and hips/thighs are both bent forward at a fairly tight angle, I noticed this happening sometimes during sprinting animations.
Materials are all vanilla, so texture edits for the frontier dress should work just fine with this mod!

UPDATE: Fixed a metadata issue that was breaking the dress textures when worn with long gloves.
