A small anal pose with some pussy spreading.
This pose has been made with a midlander male & a midlander female in mind, but it should work with other races with some tweaking.
While probably not required, I still highly recommend using IVCS in order to move the penis, the anus and the labia, this mod adds new bones to the bodies, which enables the manipulation of the previously mentioned body parts, and many more.
